30 days, 15–20 minutes each. One idea a day, applied to a real business with Excel and AI. Day 30 ends with the money you found, in dollars, and the case for it.

What you’ll do

  1. 01

    Find the money

Spot where a business is leaving money on the table: profit it could make, costs it doesn’t need, cash it’s sitting on.

  2. 02

Put a dollar figure on it

Work out what it’s worth per year, using applied accounting, finance, and economics.

  3. 03

    Prove it

Test the number against the evidence so it holds up when someone pushes back.

  4. 04

    Get the yes

Turn it into a case the person who decides can approve.
